Once your order has been placed and deposit paid, production time starts from five business days and may go up to twenty business days.

Once handcrafted, orders will be available for collection from Peregian Beach, or dispatched by registered and insured post.

Yes, we operate a cleaning and refurbishment service on our bespoke pieces and in most cases can restore jewellery to its original condition.

Yes, our bespoke pieces come with a six-month warranty which covers all manufacturing faults on a piece from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing fault is found this will be repaired at no cost to you.

All other damage/wear including everyday wear and tear, damage to diamonds/gemstones or other forms of damage are not covered by our warranty. Wear and tear is not considered a fault and as such is not covered by our warranty.

Please note that any repairs or modifications made to your bespoke jewellery that was not performed by us will void the warranty.

Yes, we operate a repair service. However please note that if the piece is not covered under warranty, an estimated cost for repair will be provided and confirmed upon physical assessment.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders on our bespoke jewellery.
